Every package includes the standard features listed above. Professional builds on Essential; Growth includes the Professional features. Complex functionality and requirements beyond the package scope are quoted separately.

Managed Website Service

£35 per month

If you'd like me to look after your website after launch, my optional Managed Website Service is available with every package.

• Up to 30 minutes of minor content changes each month

Minor changes include updating opening hours, changing contact details, replacing an existing image or making small text changes. Unused time does not roll over.

New pages, redesigns and additional functionality are outside the monthly allowance. Additional work is charged at £30 per hour or quoted separately, with the cost agreed before work begins.

Payment is due on the last calendar day of each month, in advance for the following month. Your first payment covers the period from launch to the end of that month proportionately.

You can cancel by email before the next scheduled payment. Your service continues through the period you have paid for. You retain your domain and agreed website rights, with reasonable access, export or handover where technically applicable. Any extra migration work is priced and agreed beforehand.

Basic analytics setup is included in your website package. Monthly reporting, analysis and marketing optimisation are separate.

I aim to acknowledge support requests within two working days. This is not a 24/7 support service.

Prefer your own hosting? You can choose any website package without the Managed Website Service. Ongoing hosting administration will be your responsibility unless separately agreed.

What you'll need to provide

You'll supply your website wording, business details and any logo or images you want included. Minor spelling, grammar and clarity edits are included; substantial copywriting is not. If anything is unclear, I'll ask you rather than invent details.

You're responsible for the accuracy of supplied information and having permission to use your content and images. Paid images, licences, plugins and extra subscriptions are purchased directly by you on your own accounts, with costs agreed beforehand. Domain registration is separate. Hosting and infrastructure included in the £35 managed service remain covered by that monthly price.

Clear scope and payments

We'll agree the actual pages, features and estimated timing before work begins. Once the agreement is accepted and the initial 50% payment is received, your project slot is confirmed. Production begins when the materials needed to start have been supplied.

The remaining 50% is due when the agreed work and revisions are complete, before launch or handover. A revision round is one consolidated set of reasonable changes within the agreed scope. One month of defect support covers faults in the delivered work, rather than new content or design changes.
